Regulations
All EU-based customers will obtain their goods, which are handled and registered in compliance with REACH and CLP/GHS regulations. Non-EU customers may expect complete adoption of their shipping and labelling instructions. All customers may expect compliance with international regulations for the transportation of chemicals by our logistic partners.
Sourcing
Chr. Olesen ChemPharm GmbH distributes intermediates from carefully selected manufacturers of specialty chemicals in China, India, and Europe, and from our joint-venture partner Zhejiang NHU Co. in China. Each manufacturer supplies dedicated chemistries and product groups, such as acetone-based intermediates, intermediates for flavour and fragrances, acid-chlorides, fluorine compounds, building blocks, and intermediates and reagents for pharmaceutical and agrochemical applications. In addition, we offer tailor-made intermediates (N-1, N-2) from a GMP site in Yancheng, China, dedicated solely to intermediates (no APIs) as a CMO.
Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
Chr. Olesen ChemPharm Gmbh acts in accordance with EU GDP (Good Distribution Practice) regulations and further international regulations for product safety including transport of the products.
